The Nomination Meeting will be held as follows:
DATE: January 27th, 2026
TIME: 5:00pm-9:00pm
PLACE: Norway House Cree Nation Multiplex Auditorium
A Public Candidates Forum for Norway House Cree Nation members will be held on:
DATE: March 3, 2026 (As per EPA 7 Days before Election)
TIME: Beginning at 5:00pm
PLACE: Norway House Cree Nation Multiplex Auditorium
The Election for One (1) Chief and Six (6) Councillor Positions will be held as follows:
DATE: March 10th, 2026
TIME: 9:00am-6:00pm
PLACE: Norway House Cree Nation Multiplex Auditorium
IMPORTANT NOTICE VOTING OPTIONS:
There will be 3 ways for electors to cast their ballot this year:
- Electronic Voting via OneFeather which is a secure & safe voting portal, visit onefeather.ca Online Voting for Members – OneFeather for more information on how E-voting works and to register and activate your onefeather account. The Electronic Voting system is safe, efficient & the election results are counted & completed efficiently and in less time.
- Mail-In Ballot (sent by regular mail via Canada Post although due to possible ongoing strike issues may not be guaranteed delivery)
- In Person at Poll (March 10th, 2026 9am-6pm)
