Waterfront Canopy

The waterfront has long been a cherished gathering place for the Norway House Cree Nation (NHCN), serving as a hub for the Annual Treaty & York Boat Days, ceremonies, special events, and family gatherings. Over the years, it has provided a welcoming space where community members come together to celebrate traditions and strengthen connections. Recognizing the occasional challenges posed by unpredictable weather, a canopy was purchased to ensure events could continue uninterrupted, offering shelter and comfort to all who attend.
