CHIEF ROULETTE’S LETTER TO PRIME MINISTER CARNEY AHEAD OF THE FIRST NATIONS-FIRST MINISTERS MEETING
Today, Chief Season Roulette has issued a formal letter to Prime Minister Mark Carney outlining Norway House Cree Nation’s position on Bill C-39 and calling for a new Accord to modernize the Northern Flood Agreement.
The letter reinforces our Nation’s commitment to protecting Treaty Rights, lands and waters, while advocating for meaningful consultation, accountability, and a fair partnership in future development.
